Work in progress

These are paper maquettes of the work, that I had cut from paper with the laser cutter.

 

To make the work, I first had jigs cut out of acrylic using a laser cutter.

I would then mount the templates to an arm and trim the form from wet plaster.

                                      

I am making the vases in parts.  These are the plaster models, with the parts stacked to, illustrate how the final product will look.
